Contest begins on September 1, 2022, at 12am EST and ends on August 31, 2023, at
12am EST. There is a total of one (1) prize available to be won as follows: a seven day stay at
the La Joya Condominiums, 487 David Alfaro Siqueiros, Unit 416, Las Glorias, Jal, Puerto
Vallarta Mexico, 48333 plus a $2000.00 CAD (Two Thousand Dollar CAD) credit to be applied
to the airline of your choice for the purpose of this trip only. Total approximate retail value is
$4000.00 CAD. Skill-testing question required.

Open to legal residents of Kingston, Ontario and the surrounding area, who are age of majority in
the province or territory of residence at time of entry, and who have completed a real estate
purchase or sale in Ontario through Joy Todd, Real Estate Agent, Sutton Group Masters Realty
Inc. or who have submitted by the Contest End Date a short essay of 250 words on the topic of
Real Estate Investing. Odds of winning depend on number of eligible entries received before
contest closes.
